Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Payos platform and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Payos platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Payos provides a comprehensive suite of payment processing, business banking, and payroll solutions designed for modern Indian businesses.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Processing

Payos acts as a payment aggregator/gateway provider. Settlements are processed in accordance with the timelines specified in your merchant agreement and in compliance with RBI guidelines.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using Payos for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing terrorism, or processing transactions for prohibited goods and services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Payos platform, including logos, software, and designs, is the property of Payosphere Technologies Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
